At Deutermann Farms, we take great care to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Schedule
We currently ship orders every Monday and Thursday.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a scheduled shipping day will typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
- Orders placed on non-shipping days will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Method & Rates
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00
- Free Shipping: Orders of $125 or more (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated) qualify for complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Shipping Protection
Every order shipped by Deutermann Farms is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 5 days of the recorded delivery date so we can begin the claims process on your behalf.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for coverage through our shipping insurance provider.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Deutermann Farms is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Deuterman Farms, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution when an error has occurred on our end.
Products Damaged During Transit
We make every effort to package our products securely; however, some delicate items may experience cosmetic damage during shipping.
Products such as cookies, cereal bars, and similar baked goods may arrive with broken or crumbled pieces. While this may affect their appearance, it does not impact the quality, freshness, safety, or intended enjoyment of the product. As a result, cosmetic breakage during transit does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Likewise, chocolate-covered products may soften or partially melt during transit, particularly during warmer months or when exposed to elevated temperatures. Minor melting is considered a normal shipping risk and does not affect the quality of the product. Customers may simply allow these items to cool or refrigerate them before enjoying. Partial melting does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
